Another Melbourne real estate agency will soon be no more.

EST8 Agency, a boutique residential project marketing firm
founded three years ago by former CBRE executive, Nic Cuni, will cease from July
1.

Mr Cuni (pictured, top) has taken up a position as director of the Residential department for Colliers International.

The appointment will see Est8 Agency’s four staff
relocate to Colliers International’s Melbourne headquarters at 367 Collins Street.

The move will leave a hole on the ground floor of Brendan Sullivan’s 126 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, office (which was recently withdrawn from sale after a reported c$40 million sale did not proceed).

“All current projects that we run through EST8 will move…across
and will be handled by exactly the same personnel” the broker said, adding that
he will be responsible for extending Colliers International’s reach into the
suburbs.

“I’ve found myself spending more and more time behind the
scenes as opposed to doing what I love the most…meeting clients and vendors,
selling properties, and creating special moments for buyers and sellers,” Mr
Cuni added.

Last week, we reported that the Beller brand will also cease on July 1: the commercial division, established by Fred Nucara and Andrew Fawell, will be known as Aston, while the residential office, in Windsor, will become a Buxton.

Beller Project Marketing – a rival of EST8 Agency – will be
relaunched as Projects by Buxton.
