Accounting firm Deloitte Australia will establish its new headquarters in Quay Quarter Tower in Circular Quay.
The commitment will see Deloitte become the anchor tenant in AMP Capital’s $3 billion tower, after taking a 10-year lease over approximately 32,000 square metres.
AMP Capital commenced construction on the Tower after securing a $900 million investment from super fund platform Rest in April last year.
Quay Quarter Tower, located at 50 Bridge Street, is owned by investors in the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund (ADPF), AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund (AWOF) and Rest, who will acquire a one-third interest in the tower when finished.
The latest leasing announcement brings the total pre-commitment of the tower to 76 per cent, following AMP’s announcement in late 2016 when it agreed to take 35,000 square metres.
