The WA government is seeking developer interest for Perth’s largest infill development site in the trendy fringe suburb of Subiaco.
The former specialist car park of the Princess Margaret Hospital offers triple-street frontage across 5,666sq metres.
The hospital was replaced by the Perth Children’s Hospital in mid-2018, with the entire 35,000sq m site estimated to be worth as much as $100 million.
Approval is in place for three separate titles with offers being sought for purchase as one englobo lot or as one of three individual lots.
“This is the leading infill development site currently on the market in Perth and one of the best we’ve seen offered in several years,” LJ Hooker agent Brian Neo said.
Earmarked for both commercial and residential development under the City of Perth town planning scheme, the site is connected to the former Princess Margaret Hospital site via a pedestrian underpass.
The double western allotments of the three-piece listing each offer 1845sq m, with the final eastern allotment holding offers a large 1976sq m of developable land.
