Buyers looking to live in one of Brisbane’s trendiest hot spots need look no further than Anthology, a new six-level riverside development at New Farm.

Developer QM Properties’ latest project Anthology will feature 26 residences with different floorplans to suit all buyers, including young professionals and those downsizing from a home.

One, two and three-bedroom apartments through to spacious penthouses are part of the floorplans.

QM Properties development manager Glenn Rix said Anthology, which had been designed in partnership with award-winning architects Rothelowman, would reflect its namesake.

“An Anthology is a collection of artistic works that have a similar form or subject, which are considered to be the best,” Mr Rix said.

“Likewise, Anthology New Farm will be a meticulously curated collection of beautifully designed residences, created to integrate seamlessly within its premium Moray St”.

Anthology is located at Moray St, New Farm.

The development features three exclusive penthouses, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three car parks, complete with wraparound balconies taking in panoramic views of the Story Bridge and CBD skyline, as well as views across the New Farm peninsula.

“All residents will be able to enjoy river and city views from Anthology’s rooftop recreation deck, which will not only feature a large wet-edge pool, barbecue and residents’ dining space, but also a lawn terrace, which could be described as a ‘backyard’ with some of the best views in Brisbane.”

Colliers International Residential director Andrew Roubicek, who is marketing Anthology, said the project was positioned to take advantage of New Farm’s prime location and popularity.

“New Farm has always been one of the city’s favourite areas, with recent Real Estate Institute of Queensland research showing it is in Brisbane’s top three highest value suburbs, with home prices jumping 65.3 per cent in the past five years,” Mr Roubicek said.

“In the current market, buyers are looking closely not only at a project’s location and lifestyle offering, but also the credentials of the developer and architect, and both QM Properties and Rothelowman have a long and proven track record for quality.’’

Construction on the Anthology development will start in June, with a purpose-built sales and display centre opening today opposite the 155 Moray St site to provide potential buyers with more information.
