The tranquil waters of Middle Harbour and the jetty and pontoon.

Seaforth Cres in Seaforth on the northern beaches has earned a reputation as one of the suburb’s most prestigious locations.
There are some 180 properties in the street, that snakes along the harbour foreshore. Despite its size, it remains a very tightly held location.
So far this year there have only been two sales in Seaforth Cres. Both have been north of $5,500,000, including No. 65 for $5,900,000 and No. 171 for $5,580,000.
In 2017 there were 12 sales and in 2017, just seven.
The street’s house price record was set in 2015 with the sale of 106-108 Seaforth Cres for $10 million.

Prestige home with two decks.

It has taken 12 years for 133a Seaforth Cres, Seaforth to come to market, and during that time the owners have undertaken a major redesign of the home. The property has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a tidal beach, jetty and pontoon. Did we mention the library? This prestige home goes to auction on October 27 with a price guide of $6 million to $6.6 million.
Jordan Galpin, of Clarke & Humel Property, said the home was an amazing find.

“It’s an absolutely beautiful home,” he said. “To get something this big on the waterfront is really rare.”
The exclusive deep waterfront property sits on the shores of Middle Harbour, and has a tidal beach, jetty and pontoon.

Doors take the inside outside.

Dining with a view.

The home itself rises over four levels, and huge walls of retractable floor-to-ceiling glass make the most of the point blank Middle Harbour views.
The doors take the inside outdoors, while a series of sundecks are perfect for every occasion, whether it is entertaining the masses or looking for a private sanctuary.
With about 434sqm of internal floor space, this is one big house.
Both the ground and first levels have studies and multiple living areas, and three of the four bedrooms are located on the second level. There is even a library in this house.

Pool and raked timber ceiling.

The third level of the home is the place where a lot of the fun happens, thanks to the pool room, separate games room, and the indoor heated lap pool that separates them. A bridge over the pool connects both spaces, and there are two decks and a bathroom on this level.
There is a tandem car space at road level which has a storage area, and an inclinator makes accessing the home quick and easy.
