The beach is just beyond 34A Bowman Rd, Aspendale.

Step outside this lavish waterfront home and straight onto the sandy beach.

The family-sized townhouse at 34A Bowman St in Aspendale, which is for sale with a $3.2-$3.5 million price guide, blends into its picture-perfect coastal landscape.

Buxton Brighton agent Ross Walker said a developer built the three-bedroom property to perfection because he planned to live above it at the top-floor residence.

The ground floor property has a $3.2-$3.5 million price guide.

Views from the terrace are hard to beat.

“It’s brand new and on Bowman St, which is an iconic address that’s considered one of the best spots along the bay,” Mr Walker said.

“It’s a landmark property and people have said they haven’t seen anything built to this level before in the area.”

He said it was likely to sell to a downsizing couple or somebody looking to retire by the beach.

Neutral tones in the modern kitchen complement the landscape.

Views can be enjoyed from the central living room.

A luxe bathroom also spoils in the near-new house.

The luxury three-bedroom home is immaculately designed in neutral tones that complement the foreshore vistas. It includes an open-plan entertainment area and adjoined terrace that take in the views.

A stylish kitchen has Miele appliances, butler’s pantry and a wine fridge. The main suite also spoils with a huge walk-in wardrobe and luxe dual-vanity ensuite with a rain shower.

Aspendale’s waterfront properties have sold for big bucks recently.

The top floor will be lived in by the developer.

The street was home to some top-dollar sales last year. A luxe property at No. 10 sold for $4,400,888 in November while its neighbour at No. 8 sold for $3.5 million.

A new sales record was also set for the Aspendale when 32-33A Nepean Highway sold for $6.7 million in April this year.
