Two parties put forward offers above $1.7 million for 120 Carr St at the end of the expressions of interest campaign with the Ballarat family’s offer of $1,711,100 being accepted.
The price guide during the campaign was $1.65 million.

Bellarine Property, Barwon Heads agent Levi Turner said the buyers were planning on moving to Barwon Heads permanently.
“Good property in good location is selling really well and to have two people offering above $1.7 million is a good result,” Mr Turner said.
