2 Ware St, Lara needs a new owner willing to take on a project.
IT’S not every day you come across a four-bedroom house in Lara listed for sale for under $350,000.
But this affordable price tag has potential buyers clamouring to take a closer look at 2 Ware St.
Ray White, Lara agent Terry Cleary will auction the property at 1pm on Saturday with price hopes of $320,000 to $340,000.

But with median house in Lara hovering around the $465,000 mark it begs the question as to why this one’s going so cheap.
Mr Cleary said the price reflected the condition of the house which was in need of some major structural work.
Sub-floor issues mean that very few of the doors in the house actually close.
The living area.
“It’s fair to say the old girl needs a hug and kiss,” Mr Cleary said.
He said buyers were either looking to tackle the house as a project or knock it down and rebuild.
“We’ve had a power of inquiry,” he said.
The house is on 693sq m of land and has an updated kitchen, a refurbished bathroom, near-new window furnishings and solar panels.
It is one of more than 20 properties going to auction across the Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula this weekend.
