Part of the main bedroom suite which consists of a bedroom, study, dressing room and ensuite.
The main bedroom of this nine-year-old family home is larger than some apartments and created very much with parents relaxation in mind.
Agent James Smyth, of Smyth Estates Agents, said it was the biggest suite he had ever encountered in his many years of selling real estate.
“It’s a monster,” he said.
“And it takes in a study and a walk-in wardrobe,” he added.
The dressing room with lots of storage.
The bedroom, study and dressing room encompasses 63sqm and that doesn’t even include the ensuite which includes a bath, a separate shower and double vanities. Many apartments aren’t as big as 60sqm and a granny flat is not as big as 63sqm.
“It is a real parental pleasure zone,” explained Mr Smyth.
Parents could take over the whole top level if they wanted with a second lounge and a north-facing balcony on the upper storey.
Or they may set aside the upstairs lounge for children as this is very much a family home close to both primary and secondary schools.
