No. 110a Burdett St, Wahroonga, is a vacant block of land and has a price guide of $850,000.
A subdivided block in Wahroonga might just be the best option to buy your way on to the upper north shore.
With an auction guide of $850,000, the 632sqm block at 110a Burdett St is already proven to be very popular with families, Ray White Turramurra agent Alfred Tong said.
“We’re seeing families wanting to use this block to get into the Waitara Public School catchment area,” he said.

Mr Tong said the subdivided block has a north aspect and sits on the high side of Burdett St.
The vacant block of land is already hot with families looking to move in for the schools.
“It also comes with a brand new driveway, and your water and electricity is already connected,” he said.
According to Mr Tong, this vacant block is about as rare as it gets on the upper north shore.
“You can’t find land in this area for under a million dollars, this property really is a great buy,” he said.
Mr Tong said the for buyers stuck finding a builder, they can put the successful buyer in touch with a home builder who has completed a house design for the block.

The block has recently been subdivided.
The guide for the property is also a million dollars less than Wahroonga’s median sale price for houses, meaning even by the time you put a house on the block, you will still come out on top.
It is close to a number of schools and public transport options. Westfield Hornsby is also not too far by car.
