THE final stage of highly sought waterside residences featuring jewel-like facades has been released at Yarra’s Edge, offering buyers stunning river and city views.

Mirvac general manager of residential, Victoria, Elysa Anderson said the release of the strata-free homes had been hotly anticipated.
“The third and final stage of Wharfside Residences and Cargo Homes at Yarra’s Edge has been received with a lot of interest, with a number of properties in the exclusive first release on hold and deposit,” she said.
“The luxury homes are attracting local owner-occupiers who are looking to downsize but still want to live in a thriving and connected community.
“The marina berths available at Yarra’s Edge have also piqued interest given the rarity of being able to live within metres of your berth and just a short walk from the CBD.”
The trio of Wharfside Residences are priced from $3.7-$4.65 million and feature four levels of luxury living with direct river frontage and sparkling water views day and night.

“Historical elements are referenced in the unique architecture of each home and through the use of raw, honest materials that give the buildings their own individual expression and distinct materiality.”
Construction is expected to start in early to mid 2019, with completion due in late 2020 to early 2021.
