An artist’s’ impression of what the $115 million Cascade Gardens development in Pymble will look like.

THE second stage of the anticipated Cascade Gardens development is expected to sell like hot cakes if the first stage is anything to go by.
Fast-tracked due to popular demand, the second stage is focused on Jacaranda, a boutique building of 51 apartments by architects DKO.
This will represent a little more than 50 per cent of stock in the development that has 98 apartments across three buildings.
Made up of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus penthouses, Jacaranda has on average six apartments per level.

Colliers International director David Chittenden said Cascade Gardens was one of Pymble’s most sought after sites for downsizers.
“Downsizers are able to stay in their neighbourhood and still enjoy the panoramic district outlook over bushland, and for this reason we have seen significant interest from those living in the Upper North Shore and the Hills area,” he said.
Interiors have been crafted with lots of openness and windows to take advantage of their natural location. All apartments either come with a balcony or courtyard.

Jacaranda is offering $0 strata fees for the first two years for a limited time to buyers.
One-bedroom apartments start from $695,000-$740,000, two-bedders are $975,000 to $1.550 million and three-bedroom apartments range from $1.49 million to $1.99 million.
Penthouse prices are not finalised and are yet to be released.
