CATS young gun Wylie Buzza has pounced and secured his first home in Geelong.
Buzza and partner Sarah Pettiford snapped up a Wandana Heights property before Christmas.
Buyer’s advocate Tony Slack secured the four-bedroom house for the young couple for $702,000.

Mr Slack said the couple had been pipped at the post on a number of occasions but they never waived in their commitment to buy their first home.
The property had been on the market for more than a month through Whitford, Newtown agent John Moran and sold within the price guide of $680,000-$720,000.
The strong forward, that is signed with the Cats until the end of 2019, will be able to enjoy the four-bedroom house on 776sq m of land.
The open-plan kitchen, meals area and loungeroom flows out to a covered entertainment area while there is a second loungeroom and potential to turn one of the bedrooms into a study.
The property is less than 15 minutes to Kardinia Park.
