34 Ozan Cres, Jan Juc sold under the hammer.
A MELBOURNE couple are swapping inner city living for a coastal hamlet after buying a Jan Juc property at auction.
The buyers outbid one other party to secure 34 Ozan Cres for $847,000 which was $47,000 above reserve.
One Agency, Shaun O’Callaghan said the successful buyers would be relocating and setting their life up down here.
The kitchen has a modern fit out.

“They are from inner Melbourne where there are lots of character homes and with this property having the street appeal that it did, it jumped off the page,” Mr O’Callaghan said.
“They also liked the hamlet coastal feel that Jan Juc has to offer.”
There is a separate bungalow in the backyard.
The renovated house has a weatherboard facade, stained glass front door and timber floors leading from the front door to the open-plan living area at the rear.
The property also has a separate bungalow plus side access to store a caravan or boat.
Mr O’Callaghan said the property was positioned in a tightly held pocket of Jan Juc and it was a nice neighbourhood.
The median house price in Jan Juc has increased 10.6 per cent in the past year to $885,000, according to CoreLogic.
