David Ansell, the chairman of the Jacobs Douwe Egberts coffee company, has upgraded in Dural spending $7.3 million on a four hectare holding with bush views.
Christies International agent Darren Curtis has listed Ansell’s redundant home, marketed as one of Sydney’s finest equestrian acreages.
The six-bedroom Hamptons-style home comes with a $6.5 million price.
Ansell and his wife Jodi bought it for $4,070,000 in 2015 given their daughter’s then passion for horses. The suburb record set last May at $10.85 million.
