The house has two separate living areas.
McCartney, Torquay agent Steve Menegazzo said the purchasers had just sold a property on a bit of acreage and were looking to downsize their land size.
“They are moving into old Torquay to be closer to everything and they have always been around the Torquay area,” Mr Menegazzo said.
“The house has been fully renovated, they can just move in without a thing to do.”
The interior has been updated.
A big backyard was an added bonus.
He said the house had been a popular holiday rental and rented out consistently.
The two-storey house has three bedrooms and an open-plan living area on the ground floor and main bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe and second living area upstairs.
The median house price in Torquay has increased 11.1 per cent in the past year to $797,500, according to CoreLogic.
