Couple buy in Jan Juc on returning from overseas


A COUPLE returning to Jan Juc after spending some time overseas have snapped up a classic weatherboard retreat in the seaside hamlet.

The 617sq m property at 19 Sunset Strip sold after auction for an undisclosed price within the $789,000-$860,000 price guide.

Buxton, agent Ian Nichols said the couple used to live in the area before moving overseas.

“They will do some work to the house and live in it.”
