Denis Pagan’s transformed Carlton childhood home is on the market.
DUAL AFL premiership coach-turned-real estate agent Denis Pagan is selling his Carlton childhood home on behalf of a developer, who’s transformed it into a high-end townhouse.
The North Melbourne Team of the Century coach and Pagan Real Estate director is marketing 140 Station St with a $2-$2.2 million price guide and November 17 auction date.
It’s the largest of three townhouses on the 352sq m block, and the only one to incorporate the original weatherboard that was home to the Pagan family for decades.
