ANTLER and Moss designer Mel Lewis has listed her Auchenflower home following an extensive renovation.
Built in 1894, Ms Lewis bought 37 Annie Street in 2017 and has given it a modern new design. It will go to auction on November 17.
The house before the renovation
Ms Lewis is the founder of the Antler and Moss label, which specialises in contemporary and often edgy tablewear created by Aussie artisans.
That style flows through in the restoration and extension of Ms Lewis’ four bedroom house, where stark black and white palletes mix with natural finishes.

Strategically placed skylights and glass sliding doors bring the outdoors, indoors.
Entry is via a wide staircase that leads to a keyless entry front door.
… and after the reno
On this level you will find three bedrooms including the master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in-robe, a family bathroom and laundry.
The kitchen has a black porcelain benchtop and contrasting white Caesarstone island bench and is open on to the living and dining space.

This area then flows out on to the covered deck overlooking the pool and gardens.

On the lower level is a fourth bedroom with ensuite, a wine cellar and the garage.
