The penthouse owned by developer Carmelo Ginardi, of GBW Developments, will go to auction next week.

LUXURY developer Carmelo Ginardi, whose company is behind some of Brisbane’s most unique residential projects, is selling his family’s penthouse.
The full floor penthouse is located at 7/11 Helen Street in Teneriffe, with the apartment building constructed by the Ginardi family company, GBW Developements.

The oversized kitchen is positioned down one side of the residence, with a butler’s pantry and plenty of space for vino.
