Modern style is on show in the kitchen.

Oak flooring has been added throughout.

The open-plan living area flows outside.

Marshall White Boroondara agent Chris Barrett said the family had jetted off for LA’s film industry and were responsible for the double-fronted Victorian’s bright modern design.
“They’ve opened it all up and added beautiful oak flooring throughout, added the ensuite and extended it,” he said.
“The beauty of it is it’s a Power St address but all the access for carparking is via Denham St, where there’s also gate access through.”

The rear of the property can be accessed by Denham St.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home features a contemporary open-plan kitchen, living and dining area which opens out to the rear garden.
CoreLogic records show the 363sq m property last changed hands for $912,000 in May 2009 before it was renovated.
