It’s a dream come true for every golf enthusiast, and now this home with a putting green in the backyard could be yours.
Located at 53 Dening St in Drummoyne, the luxurious four-bedroom house has been custom fitted with a nine-hole putting green, which has been designed to be as realistic as possible.
There is a mix of uphill and downhill putts that break both left and right, while there is even rough around the outside.
Vendors Ross and Trish Haron are both big fans of golf, with their love extending to their son William.

It has proven to be the ultimate social tool according to Mr Haron, who up until recently was captain at the Concord Golf Club for the past six years, with his son, family and friends all keen to get involved in the action.
“We get friends around or if the kids are bored we work our way around the nine holes,” he said.
“Sometimes we will use it to practice our putting stroke — it’s great fun.”
The course runs down the side of the property, leaving plenty of room in the backyard for a pool and large entertainment area.
The luxury property goes to auction on Saturday.
The house also has plenty of room for a pool.
Mr Haron took inspiration from world-renowned golf course architect Tom Doak, who recently helped redesign the Concord Golf Course in a major $4.5 million overhaul.
“I watched him design all 18 greens and it made me really want to create something special in my backyard,” he said.

“We have even had a card night with some friends where we had an 18-hole championship.”
While the family are on the move, they are planning to remain in Drummoyne.
If this sounds like the perfect home, it could all be yours, with the property set to go to auction this Saturday through Chris Wilkins of Ray White Drummoyne.
With a price guide of $4.5 million, Mr Wilkins said the putting green gives the home an added wow-factor unseen in other properties.
Something the whole family will love.
“This home from its driveway to its putting green is something you would see in the hills of Hollywood,” he said.
“It has certainly been a talking point that appeals to the inner golfer.”
Interest in the house has already been very strong, with 135 groups through inspections over the past four weeks, Mr Wilkins added.
