Buy before construction starts and you could have a say in the design of your waterfront apartment at East on the Broadwater.
Pex Projects is behind the residential project on the Gold Coast, which has officially hit the market.
East on the Broadwater features 12 three-bedroom apartments over seven levels, priced from $1.9 million.
Pex Projects director John O’Connor said the design would appeal to the most discerning purchaser, with early birds able to customise their apartment, from floor plan layouts, kitchen and joinery designs to power point locations.
“I personally meet every buyer and maintain regular communication with them throughout the journey, finalising designs before and during the construction phase to handing over keys, moving in and beyond,” he said.
“Those that get in before construction starts really can influence their apartment’s designs to ensure they end up with their dream home.”
East on the Broadwater, designed by Sydney based architects Greenbox Architecture, will be built on a 1143 sq m site on Marine Pde, Biggera Waters, opposite the foreshore.
“There are just two apartments per level, each occupying 260 sq m including a total of 34 sq m of balcony space over five separate balconies,” Mr O’Connor said.
“The open plan living and dining spaces feature European oak solid timber floors throughout.
“The living areas and bedrooms are all infused with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors which maximise the sweeping Broadwater views.”
