Not something you see every day.
All of the bedrooms are — you guessed it — pink!
The striking abode is selling for the first time and the property’s listing agents Steven Milanovic and Duong Dang have been inundated with calls since the ‘for sale’ sign went up on Wednesday, with a price guide of $800,000 to $880,000.
“It is becoming an absolute hit with buyers,” Mr Milanovic from Ray White Cabramatta said.
“We have already had 10 inquiries which is crazy, considering other listings are lucky to get one or two a week at the moment.”
Having never come across anything like it in his 29 years in real estate, the agent said he wasn’t surprised by the level of interest.

Some more pink.
On a 680 sqm block at 10 Turner Place, Casula, the quirky house is set over two storeys.
It has six bedrooms plus a dedicated nursery, which branches off the main bedroom. One of the living rooms has ceilings that soar about 6m high.
In keeping with the home’s prominent colour palette, every room is laced with pink-hued architraves and skirting boards.

… even more pink.
The flexible floorplan includes three bathrooms. These show softer peachy tones and one features a spa bath.
While the house is structurally sound it needs some work, as the intercom system has been pulled out and there are missing light fittings, according to the agent.
“In its heyday it would have been awesome … but those who buy it will more than likely repaint it.”
The house comes in Elle Woods’ signature colour.

CoreLogic records reveal the property last sold for $355,000 in 2006, prior to the house being built.
The first open home will be held on Saturday and the property is scheduled to go to auction later this month as part of a trustee sale.
