“You can rent that out for about $400 a week if you wanted an income,” Mr Cudbertson said,
The property has seen many changes since the family moved in.
“I put the pool in, the deck in and the waterfalls (and) I retiled the bathrooms and the cottage,” Mr Cudbertson said.

He gradually renovated the home, chipping away at projects over time.
His favourite part of it was the pavilion.
“You’re out in the bush too so you’ve got all the wildlife here,” he said.
The couple have decided to sell the property as their children are buying their own properties.
