“You can rent that out for about $400 a week if you wanted an income,” Mr Cudbertson said,
The property has seen many changes since the family moved in.
“I put the pool in, the deck in and the waterfalls (and) I retiled the bathrooms and the cottage,” Mr Cudbertson said.
