Ous Property selling agent Laz Ouslinis said it never hurt to be a little creative with marketing campaigns to help attract a mixed bag of buyers.

“A lot of people have looked at the property,” he said.

“We’ve had 30 groups through and also met people privately.

“It’s split pretty evenly in terms of buyers looking to renovate or demolish.”

“We’ve been getting an influx of young families, professional couples and a number of builders looking to build a large home to pick up those sea views.

“It’s a great lifestyle that’s offered and a wonderful opportunity to buy at this entry point.”
