Looking for a private paradise? A luxury estate at 31 Beau Pde, Bonogin, might be what you’re searching for.

The peak of luxury living in a private paradise is on offer at this Bonogin estate that blends effortlessly into its forest surrounds.

Sitting 201m above sea level, the picturesque property was designed as an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was also created to be a haven of entertainment where guests can enjoy just one night or stay for days.

Coastal and city skyline views can be enjoyed from the 1.13 ha block.

It was designed as the ultimate retreat.

With no luxury inclusions forgotten.

The luxury retreat is owned by LJ Hooker Robina, Mudgeeraba and Burleigh director David Manby and his wife Blanche.

They purchased the block in 2017 and then started building their dream home.

“We bought the block about 18 months ago and it was one of the last premium blocks for sale in Mudgeeraba Forest,” Mr Manby said.

“We were after a block that had a huge emphasis on coastal views which is extremely difficult to find.

“What was nice about this block was that it was three acres verse the standard one acre block which gave us more privacy and usability.

“Three quarters of the block is all reserve, so we have beautiful views but then are also screened with natural bush so we don’t have any neighbours.”

Outdoor entertaining can be done with ease.

And of course a pool and spa are part of the package.

Roasted marshmallows anyone?

The five-bedroom house was built last year by Creative Homes, a Gold Coast building and construction company with a minimum two-year wait list.

The floorplan centres around the main living area with a covered outdoor entertainment zone on either side.

The internal and outdoor spaces are effortlessly integrated through cavity sliding doors.

A stylish kitchen takes centre stage and features a butler’s pantry, two Vintec wine fridges, a herringbone tiled splashback and rugged concrete benchtops by Caesarstone.

The main bedroom is peacefully located at one end of the house and is luxuriously appointed with a walk-in wardrobe, private balcony and opulent open ensuite.

Three more bedrooms with ensuites and a study or fifth bedroom are zoned at the opposite end of the house.

A pool, spa, firepit, gas fireplace, media room and Yamaha surround sound system are also part of the package.

The main bedroom is very opulent!

The open ensuite is this epitome of luxury.

“The massive deck that is about 70sq m is used for entertaining around the pool, then the deck on the eastern side is great for evening entertaining,” Mr Manby said.

“The house was purposely built to host guests for a long period of time, it has its own retreat so they are more self-contained.”

Four of the five bathrooms have an ensuite.

The property is scheduled for auction at May 26.

The home has all the modern fixtures and fittings expected of prestigious properties and from the outside it effortlessly blends into its surrounding environment.

“We named the property Wilarimbam which is the Aboriginal name for stars,” he said.

“At night you see incredible stars, it’s very quiet and it truly feels like a holiday retreat.”

The property is set to head under the hammer on May 26 via Roberto Scartozzi and Lisa Psaras of LJ Hooker Robina.
