FORMER Socceroos captain Mile Jedinak has blown the whistle on his time in St Ives, after putting his two-bedroom investment property on the market.
Jedinak purchased the property in 2009 for $570,000 from the developers, Sunday Telegraph’sJonathan Chancellor reports.

Jedinak, who is based in the England with wife Natalie and their three kids, has enlisted Meriton Group project sales manager Jason Miao with selling the property.
The price guide for the apartment is $850,000-$900,000, which is about a $100,000 less than St Ives’s median apartment sale price of $1.015 million.

Mr Miao said early interest in the Loralea Gardens apartment had been from local downsizers.
“This is a great property for them, as it is in a good area, and they don’t need to manage and care for the garden, the pool or those type of facilities,” he said.
The sales manager said the north-facing apartment occupied a prime location in St Ives.
“The location is fantastic, it is only a five-minute walk to all the shops in St Ives,” he said.
With its leafy views, the unit has a balcony, a kitchen with gas cooking and a large living/dining room. It also has two bathrooms and an internal laundry.

The Aston Villa midfielder is best known for captaining the national side at the 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cups. He retired from the Socceroos after an unsuccessful campaign in Russia this year.
The purchase of this investment property came around the time he left the Central Coast Mariners to play for Turkish club Gençlerbirligi.
