Jedinak, who is based in the England with wife Natalie and their three kids, has enlisted Meriton Group project sales manager Jason Miao with selling the property.
The price guide for the apartment is $850,000-$900,000, which is about a $100,000 less than St Ives’s median apartment sale price of $1.015 million.
Mr Miao said early interest in the Loralea Gardens apartment had been from local downsizers.
“This is a great property for them, as it is in a good area, and they don’t need to manage and care for the garden, the pool or those type of facilities,” he said.
The sales manager said the north-facing apartment occupied a prime location in St Ives.
“The location is fantastic, it is only a five-minute walk to all the shops in St Ives,” he said.
With its leafy views, the unit has a balcony, a kitchen with gas cooking and a large living/dining room. It also has two bathrooms and an internal laundry.
