AN investor sold on the central location of a low-maintenance Belmont house has pounced on auction day.
Their buyer’s advocate negotiated behind closed doors to purchase 7 Fife Court immediately after it was passed in for $502,000 on Saturday.

They were one of three bidders for the modern, three-bedroom house that’s walking distance from High St.
Maxwell Collins, Geelong agent Eugene Carroll said the property sold for within the $500,000 to $520,000 range.

The buyer’s advocate showed her serious intentions with an opening bid of $470,000 and quick replies to each counterbid.

Great presentation attracted potential buyers.

The house, on a manageable 265sq m block, has an open-plan living area with doors onto a covered patio, two bathrooms and a double garage.
