The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) boss Julian Boram and wife Gilda, creator of Icing on the Cake Kits, have put their long held Greenwich home on the market.
The couple are selling their Hinkler St property to relocate to London where Mr Boram’s company is based and to be with their two daughters, one of whom is studying in Durham and the other who is taking a gap year.
“We think it will be the perfect opportunity to live and work in London, travel and spend time with family,” Mr Boram said.

Listed with Belle Property Lane Cove co-principal James Bennett, the Borams’ house has a $3.65 million price guide.

According to CoreLogic, the couple purchased the Greenwich home in 2000 for $875,000.
The Hinkler St home will go to auction on November 17 at 10.30am.
