Now is your chance to live like a Duchess, with Kate and Pippa Middleton’s former home listed for sale.
But you’ll want to have a royal bank balance, because the London home doesn’t come cheap.
The three bedroom Chelsea flat has been listed for sale, for roughly $3.4 million.

The listing describes the flat as being “found on a favourable part of the Old Church Street” and it says the “upper floor maisonette” is “charming” with “a picturesque view onto Justice walk and over the chimney pots of Old Chelsea”.
Kate and Pippa’s parents — Carole and Michael — reportedly purchased the home for $1.3 million back in 2002.
Kate lived in the home before she married future king, Prince William in 2011.
After some Middleton-esque redecorating the family are hoping to turn a tidy profit.
The Sun reports it isn’t known why the Middletons have put the three-storey apartment on the market, but it’s likely there isn’t much need for it now.
Kate has lived with husband William and their three children at Kensington Palace for years, and Pippa now lives with husband James Matthews and their new baby.
William and Kate live at Flat 1A — they moved into the flat in 2012, after it underwent a £4.5 million refurbishment.
It features five reception rooms, three master bedrooms and additional dressing rooms, bathrooms and a gym — not your average London apartment.
The Royal Family has a staggering £13 billion property portfolio, including Buckingham Palace and number of other sprawling estates.
Their incredible properties actually fall into two categories — ones they privately own, and those that are owned by the Crown Estate.
The Crown Estate is owned by the current reigning monarchy, and the Queen doesn’t actually have any rights when it comes to the selling of properties.
