High profile lawyer John Kench and his wife Lisa are set to leave Longueville, following the news they have listed their waterfront home.
It is currently for sale via an auction campaign with an $8 million guide through Belle Property Lane Cove’s Simon Harrison.
The Kenchs are planning to downsize after living at the Belcote Rd home for the past 24 years.
According to CoreLogic data, the couple bought the waterfront property in 1995 for $1.247 million.
Sitting on Yacht Bay, the Belcote Ave home has spectacular views to the city skyline and only has one other neighbour.
The home occupies a parcel a 689sqm block and has established gardens and an outdoor spa.
There is also a 107sqm waterfront allotment complete with jetty, pontoon and original slipway.
Inside there is five bedrooms, four bathrooms and parking for three. Other interior features include a wine cellar, study, media room and rumpus room.
Mrs Kench is known for her online store Casa Mondella, and Mr Kench is a former partner of Johnson, Winter and Slattery.
Scheduled to go to auction on June 15, the property is located just up the street from another high profile listing.
Shanghai United chairman Ping Wei and wife Ye Zhou plan to take their Belcote Rd property to auction tomorrow with a revised $9.5 million guide.
It was originally listed with a $12 million guide, following the couple purchasing that home for a $11.88 million — the current Longueville suburb record.
