A SYDNEY buyer may have flown down to inspect and put in an offer on a Connewarre property but a local buyer swooped in and snapped it up.
It took less than two weeks to sell 57 Fourteenth Rd for the full asking price of $1.345 million.
Fletchers, Queenscliff agent Liam Rock said there was a lot of interest from Melbourne buyers, local buyers and a Sydney buyer.

“The Sydney buyer flew down to inspect the property and put an offer in but a local gentleman ended up securing it,” Mr Rock said.
“The buyer will be moving in to the residence after beating multiple offers.”
Mr Rock said the house was in a sought after position in the Thirteenth Beach estate as it was the closest to the beach.
The sprawling house has an open-plan living area on the ground floor along with two bedrooms, both with walk-in wardrobes and ensuites.
There is also a double garage with access to a golf cart room.
Upstairs is a third bedroom with private retreat.
