The home of late Australian actor Robert Bruning and movie production manager wife Anne is on the market with a guide of $2.8 million-$3.1 million.

THE Mosman home of the late Australian actor Robert Bruning and his movie production manager wife Anne, is on the market for the first time in two decades.
Tucked away in a quiet part of Mosman, the home has been owned by the Bruning’s since 1998 when they paid $730,000 for the three-bedroom home.
Listed with Geoff Smith and Geoff Allan from Ray White Lower North Shore, the 590sqm property on a 590sqm block has a $2.8 million-$3.1 million price guide.

Mr Bruning appeared in a number of popular Australian television shows including The Sullivans, A Country Practice and Homicide.

The actor who died suddenly in 2008, held a key role in the 1970s film Ned Kelly, alongside Mick Jagger, and also created Australia’s first telemovie, Is There Anybody There?

His wife Anne, has been a production manager in a number movies, including Aquaman, The Wolverine, King Kong and Mission Impossible II.

Mr Allan said the key buyer groups for the circa 1939 built property would be downsizers and young families upgrading.
“This home will suit downsizers because of the layout with the main bedroom on the ground floor, this allow level access from the street for them,” he said.

It is scheduled to go to auction on Thursday November 29 at Ray White’s auction house.
