A five-stage masterplan development at Yeronga is progressing quickly with construction on stage three to start next year.
Stage one of Renovaré Yeronga consists of townhomes on Venner Rd facing north and apartments facing the pool/garden area.
Stage two features apartments facing the green oasis of Fehlberg Park, and overlooking the pool and garden area.

There are three stages still to be built, however the central recreational area, pool and entertaining areas are completed.
Gardner Vaughan Group associate director Samuel Gardner said 74 apartments were complete over two stages, with 39 already sold.
Mr Gardner said downsizers, first homebuyers as well as investors had shown a keen interest in the suburban project.
He said the most expensive apartment sale to date was a top floor park-facing four-bedder for $1.164 million.
Mr Gardner said there were many drawcards to Renovaré Yeronga which was recently awarded the only EnviroDevelopment in the suburb.
