CELEBRITY manager Nick Fordham is on the move, listing his Redfern home of eight years with a price guide of $2.5 million.
Fordham, who is the brother of radio presenter and journalist Ben Fordham, is the CEO of The Fordham Company, a media management firm that represents notable names like Lisa Wilkinson, Mark Bouris, Mark Taylor and Nick Cummins.

The three-bedroom colonial cottage at 72 William St was purchased by the Fordham family in 2010 for $1.4 million and features hardwood flooring, a bluestone kitchen, private courtyard with garden and three fireplaces throughout.
