New Year’s celebrations had an added kick for the vendors of a Lalor property linked to Nick Kyrgios’ charity for disadvantaged kids.
Buyers served up an acceptable offer for the four-bedroom house at 14 St Naum Tce to secure game, set and match on December 30 after it passed in at auction a month earlier.
Part of the proceeds from the sale will go to the NK Foundation established by Kyrgios to help disadvantaged youths achieve their sporting dreams.
It had price expectations of $1-$1.1 million heading into the November 24 auction but failed to sell. Its final sale price was undisclosed.
Haven The Agency director Niclas Haidaris did respond to the Herald Sun’s request for comment.
Vendors Zlatko and Nicole Nedanovski custom designed and built their dream home two years ago.
“It’s been a lovely home for us,” Mr Nedanovski previously said.
“It’s great for entertaining and to bring up a family.”
Haven The Agency is one of the NK Foundation’s partners.
