Constructed from scratch by local builder Tim Hill, this split level home with mountain views is not your run of the mill Wadalba property.

Architecturally designed, the elevated five-bedroom home at 17 Melbourne Rd includes stand out features throughout.

For example, the main bedroom with its Hollywood robe, oversized ensuite and private deck.

Or the designer light fittings, modern kitchen with 40mm stone island bench and walk-in pantry built-in cabinetry or hardwood flooring.

“I haven’t seen a house like this in the area – it is just amazing from the moment you walk in. It’s not your average Wadalba property,” agent Chris Smith from McGrath Toukley said.

Step inside to arrive at an impressive entry foyer that leads to an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that spills to a large entertainment deck with outdoor kitchen.

“We spend most of our time here and eat outside quite a bit. Because of the position of the house, you get nice breezes,” owner Tim Hill said.

Back inside there are four large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and an additional powder room and laundry with storage room.

On top of that, the 659sqm home includes ducted airconditioning, potential dual living accommodation and a four car lockup garage with auto door and workshop space.

The Hill’s originally planned to live at the property longer, but have decided to build their dream acreage at Wyong Creek.

“Our kids go to a really decent school just up the road and you’re close to Tuggerah and the freeway,” Mr Hill said.

“There is also the lake nearby and Soldier’s Beach about 20 minutes away.”

With a price guide of $850,000-$900,000, the property is set to smash the Wadalba residential non-rural sales record, currently held by 210 Johns Rd, which sold in 2017 for $810,000.
