“They wanted something in a quieter location walking distance to everything and ideally their criteria was to have a north-facing backyard,” Mr Carson said.
“This property ticked all the boxes for them.”
The 911sq m property has a four-bedroom house on it that has been renovated, extended and transformed.
The office has separate entry off the veranda.
The main bedroom with ensuite and built-in wardrobe is located at one end of the house with the remaining bedrooms at the opposite end with the living spaces in between.
There is also an office that has separate access off the veranda.
The property originally went to auction earlier this year but did not sell and was put back on the market after the AFL Grand Final.
The median house price in Torquay has increased 9.3 per cent in the past year to $785,000, according to CoreLogic.
