AN OLD Torquay property ticked all the boxes for an Ocean Grove family looking to make the move back to the Surf Coast.
The family snapped up 30 Puebla St for $1.715 million.
McCartney, Torquay agent Tim Carson said the family were dead set on securing something in older Torquay.

“They wanted something in a quieter location walking distance to everything and ideally their criteria was to have a north-facing backyard,” Mr Carson said.
“This property ticked all the boxes for them.”
The 911sq m property has a four-bedroom house on it that has been renovated, extended and transformed.
