A four bedroom duplex at 1/2 Renown St recently sold under the hammer for $1.25 million after a busy four-week auction campaign.

“We started with a price guide of $750,000-$800,000, with several offers made,” Mr McBride said.

“The buyers had family living across the street, so it was an emotional sale.
“Wamberal is a great family suburb — you’ve got Erina Heights and Wamberal primary schools nearby and it’s close to the beach.”
Wamberal has a median house price of $1.13 million and has seen a 3.2 per cent growth in property over the past three months.
