THE CEO of the state arm of a global real estate company has put his brand new Brisbane home on the market.
Colliers International Queensland chief executive Simon Beirne is selling his brand new, Hamptons style house in Camp Hill.

Mr Beirne and his wife, Siobhan, bought the property, which was originally a 1200 sqm block of land, in 2016.
The couple subdivided the block, built a home for themselves on one of the lots and this home at 46 Newman Avenue on the other 450 sqm block.

The home comes with four bedrooms — two of which are master-sized — three bathrooms, two back decks, city views and a pool.

The property is being marketed by Joanna Gianniotis of Place – Bulimba and Andrew Bradley of Place – Coorparoo is scheduled to go to auction on Saturday, October 27, at 10am.
“The views are outstanding and very difficult to surpass,” Ms Gianniotis said.
“It’s a beautiful family home and a very sought-after address.”
