Red brick paving and a leafy garden setting add to the charm of 41 Volum St, Manifold Heights.

A YOUNG family is looking forward to spreading its wings after securing a 1100sq m property in Manifold Heights.
Maxwell Collins, Geelong agent Eugene Carroll said the buyers were the highest of two bidders for 41 Volum St at auction on Saturday.
They negotiated afterwards to buy the four-bedroom character house for an undisclosed price above the $1.36 million to $1.42 million range.
