Jason Real Estate’s Jason Sassine said the property had captured strong interest since it hit the market a week ago.
“The response has been fantastic,” he said.
“The property has captured a wide audience.”

Built by its previous owner in 1985, the elegant house with timeless appeal changed hands five years ago.
The current owners renovated the property throughout and included an 80sq m outdoor entertainment area and studio above the garage.
“The outdoor area is exceptionally large and a standout feature of the home,” Mr Sassine said.
“Many visitors have also been impressed by the home’s presentation by its houseproud owners.”

The renovation had been tastefully executed, enhancing the home’s character and warmth.
“No expense had been spared, nor corners cut,” Mr Sassine said.
“The final result is outstanding in every sense.”
The property’s location was also a drawcard as it was in a coveted established pocket of older homes.

Mr Sassine said the property had attracted families from Melbourne’s northern suburbs wanting to upgrade and upsize.
“Based on the response so far, we are expecting strong competition on auction day,” he said.
