7c River Rd, Aireys Inlet passed in at auction.
A RIVERFRONT property in Aireys Inlet has passed in at auction with an interested party coming forward immediately after.
Great Ocean Properties, Aireys Inlet agent Marty Maher said the interested party wouldn’t act under auction conditions so he passed 7c River Rd in and did a deal straight afterwards for $1 million.
The property is now under offer while all conditions are met.
A cathedral ceiling creates a sense of space in the living area.

“It is a Melbourne buyer and they plan on using it as a holiday house,” Mr Maher said.
“We had another party that was pretty keen but they had to sell to buy and they couldn’t get their Melbourne property sold.”
The house is surrounded by established gardens.
The property is walking distance to everything.
He said it was in a good spot but not a huge house and some interested parties needed something bigger.
The three-bedroom house is adjacent to the river and has a central open-plan living area below a cathedral ceiling.
There is also a second living area and a man cave in the garage.
The median house price in Aireys Inlet has increased 6.1 per cent in the past year to $780,000, according to CoreLogic.
