The luxury home is scheduled for auction on November 27.

Mr Humphries said nothing was left untouched in their mission to create a modern, open-home that “encompasses the Gold Coast and Hinterland from all angles”.

he said. “Changing family circumstances however have been the decider in this reluctant sale.

The six-bedroom house at 30 Chesterfield Drive is set to go under the hammer on November 27 through Katrina Walsh of Harcourts Coastal.
