There are also three good-sized bedrooms, three bathrooms, a centrally located kitchen, and an under-croft garage for multiple vehicles.

Aside from family, the property has also hosted a number of famous sporting stars, including English cricketer Alex Hales and his father.
“We’ve been blessed to have a home with such an exceptional open area that’s perfect for entertaining with lots of parking available for the numerous dinner parties we’ve hosted,” Mr Sincock said.

“Unfortunately, memorable moments like taking a hat trick for South Australia against India in a tour game in Adelaide has taken its toll on the body, so it’s time for a new family to come in and begin creating similar incredible memories to the ones we’ve had.”
The home is on the market with Ray White Semaphore and will be auctioned Saturday, December 1 at 10.30am.
