1200 Great Ocean Road, Big Hill has a spectacular view.

The property was initially listed for sale in November, 2017 for $4.65 million to $5.1 million.
The listing for the property has been removed and the agent has declined to comment.
The couple have been renting the property out as a luxury holiday rental.
One-off Miele appliances are found in the kitchen that was designed by Studio Becker while Phillip Johnson landscaping surrounds the house that is perched on a dramatic hillside a short drive from Lorne.

The swimming pool has a projection wall.

The house has been used as a holiday rental.

Great Ocean Road Real Estate, Lorne agent Tyrone Provan told the Geelong Advertiser when the property was first listed that in his opinion it was the best kitchen he had ever seen.
“It is a truly remarkable house, it is like a piece of art, every detail in it is of the highest calibre,” Mr Provan said.
“It is truly exquisite, mind boggling and jaw dropping, there are too many features to talk about.”

There is a fully appointed bar inside.

The property is private.

Some of those features include a rear courtyard with outdoor kitchen that has a wood-fired oven, Brazilian parilla grill and electric rotisserie and a state of the art cinema room with German-designed sound system and fully appointed bar with walk-in climate controlled wine cellar.

Other features include a 25m indoor swimming pool with projection wall that sits adjacent to a gym and sauna and the native garden outside includes a naturally filtered swimming billabong with cascading falls and Japanese zen spa.
