Local builder Mark Le Maistre designed and built the masterpiece at 91 Orton St as his own family home four years ago.
“It took a day and a half to draw up the plans, it had been vacant land for 20 years and I had always visualised what I wanted there,” Mr Le Maistre said.
“It was the best block in Ocean Grove so we needed to honour it and we wanted it to be the ultimate entertainers house but also create something a little bit unique and special.”
You will be the envy of all your friends with this waterslide.
And this cricket pitch and basketball court.
The luxury house is built on a double block of 1275sq m and has spectacular water views.
Features inside include a waterfall in the entrance foyer, glass lift, theatre room, gym, six bedrooms, two kitchens and three separate loungerooms, all connected via bridges, creating voids throughout the house.
Outside is an entertainers and kids Disneyland.
There is a 20m swimming pool that is heated to 30 degrees all year with a waterside, TV from England that is weatherproof and has antiglare technology, full cricket pitch, basketball court, trampoline, gas fireplace and barbecue area.
The view is pretty spectacular.
The view from the rooftop spa.
The outdoor area is connected to the indoor living space with bi-fold windows and sliding glass doors.
On top of the house, that featured on Best Houses Australia, is a rooftop terrace with spa and barbecue that takes in the spectacular view including the lights of GMHBA Stadium in the distance.
The house is on a double block.
The theatre room.
Fletchers, Queenscliff agent Liam Rock said the property felt like you were on permanent holiday at a resort.
“It’s got everything you could dream of and more, it is spectacular,” Mr Rock said.
An expressions of interest campaign will close on Friday, December 14 at 4pm. Price hopes are $7 million-plus.
