This brand-new home at 31 Southern Cross Drive, Surfers Paradise, is in a class of its own.

It’s sleek, seductive and doesn’t skimp on luxury.

This brand new Cronin Island abode has everything you didn’t know you needed, or wanted, in a home.

From a Swarovski crystal chandelier and fixtures and fittings imported from Italy, to black jaguar leather finish marble in the alluring kitchen, the house is a visual feast.

It even has new-age security measures like a coded front door and an entry gate that you can answer from anywhere in the world through your phone.

The kitchen is very seductive with its black marble and dark timber finishes.

The five-bedroom house is set to go under the hammer on June 2.

The five-bedroom house at 31 Southern Cross Drive is listed via Scott Euler and Nicola Buchanan of @realty in conjunction with Ray White Broadbeach duo Sam Guo and Julia Kuo.

The property was bought by the owners in 2014, with the original house demolished and replaced with the “second-to-none” home that was completed just two weeks ago.

“It was always the owners’ intention to build a prestige home like this and make it available to the market as a brand new, never lived in house,” Mr Euler said.

“The owner is Italian and has a kitchen and flooring company back in Italy, so it’s finished with the finest of Italian products.

“It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone to come in and purchase a brand new home in the tightly held Cronin Island.”

The main bedroom’s bath has pretty spectacular views.

Mr Euler said the freestanding bath in the main bedroom’s ensuite, which offered impressive Gold Coast skyline views, was his favourite spot in the house.

“It would certainly be the master ensuite with the stone bath — sitting in there with a glass of bubbles looking over the river and unique Surfers skyline,” he said.

For Mr Guo, the kitchen was the standout. It features a butler’s pantry, Gaggenau and Liebherr appliances, La Torre tapware and two island benches.

“We have so many prestige houses but for that sort of kitchen with the double bench and Italian marble finish, it’s a first,” he said.

“It’s really rare and it’s definitely the highlight of the house.”

What an entrance!

A porte-cochere, media room, infinity edge pool, smart technology systems, a jetty, and water and city views are part of the package.

It is set to go under the hammer on June 2.
