Selling agent Steve Rawsthorne from One Agency Coast and Country Wyong said that the property was owned by three partners who had been working on DA approval since 2004.
“After all the time it took, some of the owners are ready for retirement,” he said.
“It is good news for a buyer though, because they can start building straight away and the DA can never lapse.”

“So far I’ve had strong interest from Sydney developers.”
